Arthur did amazing work on my Audi A4, fixed previous mistakes of other mechanics who worked on my car, and gave me very good rate. If you are looking for someone who will tell you truth, go through your car in detail, and make sure everything is running as it should be, Active Autozone is it.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. VW Downtown could not fix my 2018 Golf Sportwagen which had water ingress via the sunroof. They attributed the problem to a coolant leak, replaced the coolant reservoir and electrical connector module, and after "repairing" some wiring connectors, the car still would not drive. They said it might need a new ECU ($1600), which they could not even obtain, so the situation seemed hopeless.
Fortunately, I was referred to Arthur and I had the car towed to Active Autozone. He quickly diagnosed the real problem, replaced the damaged electrical module, treated corroded connectors, cleared the clogged drainage, and charged a very reasonable price.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arthur's Active AutoZone is the shop you wish you knew existed, stuff of YouTube car repair videos, his quality and knowledge of new sophisticated modern German engines is right up there with the best.

You'll see open AMG, M engined occasionally being worked on at his shop, says a lot about his capabilities and craftsmanship.

Arthur performed an N52B30 swap on my 128i convertible, he took care of everything from sourcing the engine, logistics, warranty claim support and truly made this a key in, key out for me.

He found a pristine 46k km one from SK, gave a fresh breath of air into my 2013 car, it drives better than I have it over to him, just like it would off the showroom floor.

Arthur did the in record time, swap to less than 2 days, engine sourcing 2 weeks. All in all I was expecting not to see my car for months, but here we are less than 3 weeks in.
